• Key and remote-control programming: the vehicle must be present when programming a remote control or transponder key, except for the following models:
  • Toyota before 2010
  • Renault before 2001
  • PSA (Peugeot / Citroën) before 2001
  • Ford before 2010
• Keys from a chassis number: we do not make keys from the vehicle chassis number (VIN).
• Repair requests: to speed up your request, please send us, where possible, a photo of both sides of the electronic circuit board or remote control, together with the vehicle make, model and year.
• Local customers: repair and programming services are carried out by appointment only.
