Information before contacting us

• For all vehicles, the presence of the vehicle is mandatory for programming a remote control or a transponder key, except for Toyota before 2010, Renault before 2001, PSA before 2001, and Ford before 2010.
• We do not make keys based on the chassis number or the vehicle VIN.
• For repair requests, please attach a photo of the electronic circuit front and back if possible or of the remote control, indicating the brand, year, and model.
• If you are in our area, we only take care of repair and programming requests by appointment.
