7.2 Check
The check must be issued by a bank located in metropolitan France or Monaco and made payable to A.C.S If possible, and to facilitate order processing, we advise the consumer to print their order confirmation email and attach it to their check.
IMPORTANT: If paying by check, delivery times will be longer. Order processing will begin upon receipt of the check.
7.3 Bank transfer
If you prefer not to use your credit card, you can pay by bank transfer directly to our account. You must then pay the full amount within 5 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Please remember to always include your order number with your payment. We will ship your item immediately upon receiving your payment.
7.4 PAYPAL

7.5 Administrative Mandate

Article 8: Anti-fraud control
A.C.S checks all orders that have been validated on its site. These checks aim to protect A.C.S of abusive practices carried out by fraudsters.

A.C.S is the recipient of the data related to the order. Failure by the consumer to provide the data related to their order will prevent the processing and analysis of their transaction. Article 9: Delivery Times
The shipping time for each product is specified on the website by clicking on the "View this product" button.
Please note that orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 24 to 48 hours.
Three scenarios are possible for the consumer:

Article 10: Delivery Terms

Article 11: Delivery problems due to the carrier
Upon receiving the package, the consumer must check its condition in the presence of the delivery person. If the consumer finds that their package is damaged or has been opened, they are advised to refuse delivery. A.C.S The carrier will then handle the dispute with the carrier. If the carrier accepts the claim, they must specify the anomaly in the "reservations" section of the delivery slip. The consumer must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 72 hours of the delivery date, outlining the claims. The consumer must send a copy of this letter by email or regular mail.
Article 12: Delivery Errors
Once the package has been received, the consumer must check that their order is correct. Any claim regarding delivery errors and/or non-conformity of the products must be sent to customer service by email to contact@localhost/clef on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first business day following delivery.
One of the products is missing: the consumer must send their complaint by email to contact@localhost/key and contact customer service. After checks with our logistics department, A.C.S will return the missing product to the consumer at its own expense.
Article 13: Unavailability of the ordered item
In the event of non-performance of the contract by A.C.S resulting from the unavailability of the ordered item, A.C.S will inform the consumer and, where applicable, reimburse them without delay and at the latest within thirty days of payment of the sums they have paid. When it is able to do so, A.C.S will offer the consumer the possibility of being supplied with a product of equivalent quality and price.
Article 14-1: Product Warranty
All items sold by A.C.S Products on the localhost/clef site are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity (L211-1 of the Consumer Code) and a guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code) allowing the return of defective delivered items.
All electronic parts sold on localhost/clef can be requested with an invoice for professional installation.
Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller is obligated to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when the latter was the seller's responsibility under the contract or was carried out under the seller's supervision.
Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code
To comply with the contract, the goods must:
1. To be fit for the purpose for which similar goods are normally used and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model ;

Article 1641 of the Civil Code
The seller is bound by the warranty against hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known of them.
Article 1648, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from latent defects (hidden defects) must be brought by the buyer within two years of the discovery of the defect.

Article 14-2: Repair Guarantee
Our repairs are guaranteed for 6 months.
The commercial warranty covers the replacement part(s) during the repair. The Seller provides no warranty in the event of equipment modification, accident or impact, intentional damage, or damage caused by water, fire, humidity, or lightning. No warranty is provided in the event of abnormal use. If the appliance is out of service for repair, any period of downtime of at least seven days will be added to the remaining warranty period as of the date the consumer requested service or the date the appliance was made available, whichever is later. Service and repair times depend on the availability of the parts required to repair the appliance. Therefore, the Seller commits to responding (except during holiday periods or in cases of force majeure) within fifteen days, but cannot guarantee repair times. Intervention times for remote controls, transmitter: 48 to 72 hours. Upon expiry of the commercial contractual warranty, and during the period in which the Seller can obtain the parts, new or used, necessary for the repair of the devices concerned, or has these parts in its stocks, the Seller will, if the Buyer so wishes, repair the device according to the conditions and price list displayed on the Seller's premises on the day of the service request. These conditions and price list will be communicated to the Buyer remotely upon simple inquiry on the day of a request for after-sales service concerning the device specified above. The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, both to and from the seller, if they return the equipment for repair. The Seller will not carry out any work at the Buyer's home.
Article 14-2: Warranty for spare parts
All our spare parts are guaranteed for 1 year
In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, the customer must return the products for warranty service.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product.
The following will not be covered by the warranty:
- the inserts, key blade cut by a third party other than our cutting service
- ignition switches that have had an additional key blade insert cut by a third party other than our cutting service.
Article 15: Right of withdrawal / Exchange or refund procedures
In accordance with the law, the consumer has a withdrawal period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of the products and may return them for exchange or refund.
For deliveries made by post/parcel post:
The consumer must inform A.C.S Email contact@localhost/key for a return number. To be accepted, the returned product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, whether opened or not.
The products must be returned, accompanied by the return slip (provided by customer service).
The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
In the case of an exchange, A.C.S undertakes to deliver the requested new product as soon as possible.
In the case of a refund, A.C.S will reimburse the consumer for all sums paid excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.

- Transmitters/remote controls, new, used, sold for parts
- Coded keys (with transponder)
- The transponders (because for some it is not possible to verify if they are indeed blank)
- The cut inserts
Article 16: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction in Case of Dispute
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken, as such action will not interrupt the time limit for bringing a warranty claim. Failing this, the principle of territorial jurisdiction will apply to determine the competent court to settle the dispute relating to the contract.
According to Articles 42 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure:
Unless otherwise provided, the territorially competent jurisdiction is that of the place where the defendant resides.
The place where the defendant resides is understood to be:
- if it concerns a natural person, the place where that person has their domicile or, failing that, their residence,
- if it is a legal entity, the place where it is established.
In contractual matters, the plaintiff may, at his option, bring proceedings before the court of the place where the defendant resides, the court of the place of actual delivery of the thing or the place of performance of the service.
Article 17: Data Processing and Freedoms
The information requested from the consumer is necessary for processing their order. The consumer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data at any time, under the conditions stipulated by the law of January 6, 1978.
