Shipping of your order:

Home delivery by post with a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days for mainland France, 3 to 7 days for Europe, the delivery time for Belgium is 3 to 4 working days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours.

Please note that delivery times may be longer due to the holiday season.

The flow of parcels is increasing considerably in all logistics centers in France.

We ship to the French overseas departments and territories: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte and Réunion

and the overseas territories: New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon...


Shipping costs are not included in the advertised prices. They are clearly indicated at the "delivery selection" stage or in the "payment and delivery" section. Shipments are made by La Poste: tracked letter, Colissimo for mainland France and Corsica only, and POSTEXPORT envelope, Colissimo International for the European Union and Switzerland.

Belgium: 7 Euros to 15 Euros

Europe: 7 Euros to 15 Euros

Dom: 3.80 Euros to 30 Euros

Free delivery on orders over 400 euros

The shipping time for each product is specified on the website by clicking on the "View this product" button.


Three scenarios are possible for the consumer:

- The product is advertised as "in stock": the shipping time is 48 hours.

- The product is advertised as "in stock with suppliers": the shipping time is 3 to 8 days.

- The product is advertised as "being stocked at J+30": the shipping time is estimated at one month.

The consumer can contact customer service to find out the exact delivery time; in the first two cases, the maximum delivery date will be specified to the consumer during their ordering process.

Note only for Tom customers: all consumables will be sent by priority mail without tracking and without insurance. If you would like tracked and insured shipping, please contact us for a quote.
