Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Metropolitan France : 2 to 3 business days

  • Belgium : 3 to 4 business days

  • Europe : 3 to 7 business days

  • Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM ): depending on destination (delivery times vary)

⚠️ During the holiday season (end of year, sales, etc.), delivery times may be longer due to the increased flow of parcels in logistics centers.

Shipping times

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday .
Items in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours .

Three situations may arise:

  • Product "in stock" : ships within 24 to 48 hours

  • Product "in stock with supplier" : shipping within 3 to 8 days

  • Product “currently being stocked (J+30)” : estimated shipping time 1 month

The exact delivery time is indicated on each product page by clicking on "View this product" .
The maximum delivery date is communicated when the order is placed.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown.
They are clearly indicated during the "Choice of delivery" step or in the "Payment & Delivery" section.
