Please note that your remote control must be identical to the photo, otherwise it will be rejected by the workshop. We service 2- and 3-button models. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your Mercedes remote control using the contact form: click here

Please note that this service does not support this model before 2000/2001 (see below).




This service includes:

- Printed circuit board repair for startup problems
- Replacing and installing a new remote control unit
- Replacement with a long-life lithium battery
- HF Test

Note: It will not be necessary to program or learn the remote control at the garage or dealership after the repair. The transmitter/transponder learning is retained.


The procedure to follow:

1) Purchase of the repair service for your key

2) Send us your remote control by registered mail for tracking purposes, along with the invoice that will be emailed to you after you place your order. *** Send everything in a padded or reinforced envelope. ***

In the event that your remote control cannot be repaired, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Réparation de la clef Mercedes classe A.

Vraiment très satisfait de votre service. Nous n'y croyions pas. Quand on s'est renseigné chez le concessionnaire Mercedes qui nous avait annoncé la somme de 600 euros pour le
remplacement de la clef nous étions découragés.
Juste une remarque, la clef est bien reconnue, démarrage sans problème, par contre, il y a une certaine résistance pour la retirer. Est-ce normal ?

Clé Mercedez

Bonjour je tenais à mon avis car j’ai été plus que satisfait. Ma clé de Mercedez ne fonctionnait plus j’ai été chez Mercedes ils m’on demandé 323,23€ pour un double. J’ai envoyer à ACS ils m’ont réparé la clé pour 88€, j’aurais 3,5 fois le prix chez Mercedes. Très rapide, j’ai envoyé ma clés la semaine d’après je l’ai récupéré. Donc 48h après le renvoi de leur part, dans l’enveloppe à la maison si vous êtes présent et à la poste si vous êtes absent. Je partagerai car grâce à eux j’ai pu faire une belle économie.
