    This service includes:

    - Repair of the printed circuit, replacement of missing or damaged micro switch push buttons
    - Replacement and assembly of the remote control unit
    - Replacement with a long-life lithium battery
    - HF test

    Please note that the infrared model with a 1-button diode is not supported . This service concerns high-frequency remote controls and not the INFRA RED model

    Note: it will not be necessary to program or teach the remote control in the garage or dealership after the repair. The transmitter/transponder learning process is retained.

    2) Send us your remote control by registered post for traceability with the invoice which will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order. *** Send the whole package in a bubble or reinforced envelope ***

    3) We will return the remote control to you by registered post with R2 insurance within 48 hours

    If your remote control cannot be repaired, we will refund the full amount, excluding postage costs.
