This service includes:

- Repairing the printed circuit board, replacing missing or faulty microswitch pushbuttons
- Replacing and installing a new remote control unit
- Replacement with long-life lithium batteries
- HF Test

Note: It will not be necessary to program or learn the remote control at the garage or dealership after the repair. The transmitter/transponder learning is retained.

The procedure to follow:

1) Purchase of the repair service for your key

2) Send us your remote control by registered mail with R2 or R3 tracking, along with the invoice which will be sent to you by email after placing your order; however, if you cannot print the invoice, please provide us with the order reference on a blank sheet of paper.

Très satisfait tant au niveau technique qu'au niveau commercial (cf. commentaire).

C'est la 2° fois que je fais appel aux services d'ACS.
Mon concessionnaire me proposait une nouvelle clé pour ma Mercedes au prix de 180,00 euros.
J'ai préféré tenter ma chance auprès d'ACS et bien m'en a pris.
La partie métallique de la clé a été retirée et montée sur une nouvelle télécommande. Seul petit bémol, le bouton de la nouvelle télécommande est un peu dur.
A noter que suite à un problème informatique, la réduction de 10 % qui m'avait été accordée suite à ma précédente commande n'avait pas été prise en compte. J'ai fait part de mon mécontentement un vendredi en début d'après-midi. Maxime, mon interlocuteur a passé une bonne partie de sa soirée à rechercher l'erreur avant de m'informer vers 21h00 qu'il me faisait bénéficier d'un avoir de 5,50 €.
Chapeau !
