    - Repair of the printed circuit board, replacement of missing or faulty micro switch pushbuttons (remote opening/closing problem)

    - Starting problem (the vehicle does not start and indicates electronic anti-theft malfunction).

    - Replacement, installation of a new remote control unit (identical to yours, whether it's a 2, 3 or 4 button model (headlight or trunk logo))

    - Replacement with a long-life lithium battery

    - HF Test

    Note: It will not be necessary to program or learn the remote control at the garage or dealership after the repair. The transmitter/transponder learning is retained.

    2) Send us your remote control by registered mail for traceability along with the invoice which will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order.

    Réparation d'une télécommande pour clé de C5 Tourer

    Je suis très satisfait de votre prestation . J'ai suivi vos indications pour la synchronisation .La clé fonctionne très bien.
    J'aurais pu être pleinement satisfait si le délai de livraison vers vous de ma clé en panne avait été plus court, et ce n'est pas de votre fait.
    J'ai expédié ma clé le 13 /09 , je l'ai eue en retour le 22/09.

    Suite à un mécontentement au retour d'une reparation de la clé de ma C2, car celle ci ne fonctionne pas. Je suis très impressionné de la rapidité d'être contacté par le service client de la gentillesse et écoute de mon interlocuteur.
    Et ça c'est déjà énorme.
    Je vais faire reprogrammer ma clé chez Citroën car celle ci a perdu sa mémoire avant l'envoie chez ACS. A partir de la celle ci devrait fonctionner. Enfin j'éspère .
