    2) Send us your remote control by registered mail for traceability along with the invoice which will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order.

    Réparation d'une clé CITROËN C5 X7

    Bonjour,
    J'ai découvert un peu par hasard la société ACS lors d'une recherche et grâce aux avis très positifs qui étaient publiés.
    J'ai pris contact, acheté le service et envoyé le 05 avril dernier pour réparation une clé de Citroën C 5 ; celle ci, lorsque j'ai voulu m'en servir, ne déverrouillait / verrouillait plus le véhicule, un réapprentissage de cette clé sur le véhicule n'a rien changé.
    C'est seulement le 12 avril, que j'ai reçu un mail de ACS m'informant que ma clé était réceptionnée, avec une demande d'information sur les symptômes constatés ; une semaine pour un envoi en recommandé, j’avoue que j'ai connu plus rapide et je commençais un peu à m'inquiéter ! J'ai répondu avec les précisions demandées dès le 13 avril au matin et en début d'après midi, ma clé était déjà sur le chemin du retour. J'ai reçu mon paquet le 15 avril à 11 H 00. Ma clé est revenue de réparation comme prévu avec un boitier neuf identique au modèle d'origine et fonctionne de nouveau parfaitement aux essais. Je suis dans l'instant très satisfait de la prestation de réparation, bien plus simple que chez le constructeur...Une société à recommander et avec qui il faut compter en cas de besoins.
