Please contact us by email or phone before purchasing this service to discuss the issue, as it is sometimes related to the vehicle and not the remote control.

This service includes:

- Repairing the printed circuit board, replacing missing or faulty microswitch pushbuttons
- Replacing and installing the remote control unit with a new one
- Replacement with a long-life lithium battery
- HF Test

Note: It will not be necessary to program or learn the remote control at the garage or dealership after the repair. The transmitter/transponder learning is retained.


The procedure to follow:

2) Send us your remote control by registered mail for tracking purposes, along with the invoice that will be emailed to you after you place your order. *** Send everything in a padded or reinforced envelope. ***

3) We will return the remote control to you by registered mail with R2 insurance within 48 hours.

In the event that your remote control cannot be repaired, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Repair time 48 hours, this service is guaranteed for 6 months parts and labor.
