Due to improper opening of the casing (for example, with a box cutter), many transmitters are shipped with damaged components. Thank you for respecting this instruction. ******

If you experience a starting problem, please mention it on the invoice or on a separate sheet of paper when sending the key.

This service includes:

- Repair of the printed circuit board, replacement of missing or faulty micro switch pushbuttons, starting problem (the vehicle does not start and indicates electronic anti-theft malfunction).
- Replacement and installation of the remote control unit (new)
- Replacement with a new rechargeable battery if yours is defective.
- HF Test

- Size of a new blank (key blade)

Note: It may be necessary to synchronize the remote control after the repair (manual procedure provided after the repair).

The procedure to follow:

1) Purchase of the repair service for your key

2) Send us your remote control by registered mail for tracking purposes, along with the invoice that will be emailed to you after you place your order. *** Send everything in a padded or reinforced envelope. ***

In the event that your remote control cannot be repaired, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Très satisfait de la réparation qui a été faite, j'ai envoyé ma clé défectueuse le samedi et retour de la nouvelle clé le samedi suivant.
Impeccable, la voiture démarre bien je pense bientôt refaire ma 2ème clés.

Service très satisfaisant, en moins d'une semaine j'ai reçu ma clé.
Avant l'envoi je ne pouvais pas démarrer. Maintenant tout fonctionne ouverture/fermeture à distance et peux démarrer le vehicule. De plus on m'a remplacer la coque, service excellent.

Réparation de la télécommande clé de ma BMW E46 320 D

Ma nouvelle clé a été reçue rapidement , et aucun soucis pour le démarrage du véhicule .
Par contre , j 'ai dû débrancher la batterie au moins 1 h afin d'initialiser l'ouverture et la fermeture à distance , et après 5 essais tout fonctionne parfaitement , mais cela en valait la peine , étant donné le prix d'une clé neuf en concession .
Je renverrai la deuxième clef pour réparation très bientôt , et merci à Maxime pour le suivi client .
