    2) Send us your remote control by registered mail for traceability along with the invoice which will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order.

    Bonjour, réparation ultra rapide malgré mon erreur de sélection de la réparation. Le colis posté le Jeudi après-midi et dès le Vendredi en début d'après-midi j'avais déjà un appel du service réparation ( personne très sympathique au demeurant) car après vérification il m'annonçait que le circuit ne présentait pas de défaut sur la réparation demandée. Je lui ai précisé que c'était en fait les micros-scwichts de télécommande qui étaient défectueux. Je lui ai demandé également s'il fallait payer un supplément il m'a précisé que non.
    Le vendredi soir , j'avais déjà un émail me signalant que le colis était parti pour m' être livré. Le lundi je recevais mon colis ( week-end oblige) et 1/4 d'heure plus tard ma télécommande était remontée et son fonctionnement vérifié.
    Alors merci à ACS de leur réactivité et je la recommanderai à tous ceux, ami(e)s ou famille, qui aurait besoin d'être dépanné.

    Super service !

    Clé retournée réparée en 1 semaine après que le SAV m'ait téléphoné pour me demander des explications.
    A marché du 1° coup.
    Avec les frais d'envoi aller et retour ça m'a couté un peu plus de 50 euros.

    Très bien, posté le lundi, reçu le samedi. La clé démarre enfin la voiture, sur à défaut au tableau de bord "antivol défaillant" sur Peugeot 307, la réinitialisation n'a pas été nécessaire . Top!

    Problème de transpondeur sur ma clés pas démarrage possible, j'ai trouvé ACS que je recommande chaudement la clés ma été retournée dans les 48 h et elle fonctionne parfaitement maintenant ( chez Peugeot compter 200€)
