Note: It will not be necessary to program or learn the remote control at the garage or dealership after the repair. The transmitter/transponder learning is retained.

The procedure to follow:

1) Purchase of the repair service for your key

2) Send us your remote control by registered mail with R2 or R3 tracking, along with the invoice which will be sent to you by email after placing your order; however, if you cannot print the invoice, please provide us with the order reference on a blank sheet of paper.

3) We will return the remote control to you by registered mail with R2 insurance.

In the event that your remote control cannot be repaired, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Repair time 1 to 3 days, this service is guaranteed for 6 months parts and labor.
